SALES TAX
artpurveyors.com is required
by law to collect applicable sales tax on all orders shipping
to North Carolina
N.C.State Sales Tax - 7%
Your total charges will include
the item(s) you specify plus shipping. If the order is shipped
within the state of North Carolina, the law requires that local
sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of
the shipping charge. If you have resale or tax exempt status,
please make your order by Phone, Fax or E-Mail.
We do not collect tax for orders
shipped to destinations outside of North Carolina
DOMESTIC DELIVERY INFORMATION
All order shipped with one of
the following: UPS Ground, FedEx ground or Flat-rate USPS Priority
mail with Delivery confirmation and will take 2-7 business days
for arrival, depending on location and region.
Free priority mail on all orders
over $100.00, pre-paid by Check or Money Order payable to "artpurveyors.com"
Credit card orders will be shipped
within 24 hours, International orders will be shipped within
48 hours after the order is placed. Orders placed by check or
money order will be placed within 3 business days after the check
is received in our ordering dept.
For all orders, we accept Discover,
MasterCard and Visa Card.
Your credit card statement will be billed under the name Purveyors
of Art & Design
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
For life size artists manikins,
and Logan matting and framing tools, please note: no returns
or exchanges. Manufacturer Warranty will still apply.
For All other items, Please
e-mail us for an exchange or a refund of the original purchase
price of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges, and
a 25% restocking fee. This offer is good within 5 business days
of receiving the item. We accept returns or refunds on product
that are defective within 5 business days of shipment.
You must return the product
in original condition at your expense including packaging, documentation
and, if applicable, its blank warranty card. No refunds on international
orders. Credit card orders will be reversed and will show on
your next billing statement. Please allow 7-10 days for all paperwork,
transaction fees, and reimbursements to be finalized and refunded
to you. Please note that the Manufacturer's warranty applies
on all products.
Please contact customer service
before you make a return. No returns will be accepted without
an accompanying authorization number.
Please note that all international
orders, including orders shipped within the USA by customer using
an international credit card, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
In order for us to quickly
and accurately process your claim and return credit to your account,
please remember the following:
Retain all packaging material
and documentation. We recommend you package your return securely
and insure it for the value of contents. Prior to returning any
product, send e-mail to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number.
The RMA number is only valid for 7 business days after it has
been issued and must be clearly displayed on the outside of the
box. If the return does not have an RMA number clearly visible
and displayed on the outside of the box, the product will be
refused, and returned at the customer's expense. This will delay
crediting your account.
When contacting us, please
have the following information available: Customer name, and
the reason for the return. All returns of opened packages will
only be exchanged for the same product, or given credit towards
future purchases (less shipping and handling fees) at our discretion.
All non-defective products must be returned 100% complete, in
resalable condition, including original packaging material, manuals,
blank warranty cards and all other accessories provided by the
manufacturer. Non-defective returns for credit or exchange are
subject to shipping, handling and restocking fees. All returns
are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Prices and product availability

limited to stock on hand.
Not responsible for typographical
errors. We reserve the right to limit quantities on promotion
products. Other restrictions may apply. We are not liable under
legal theory for consequential or incidental damages arising
from shipping delays, or for any loss, damage, or expense arising
from product malfunction or defect. We expressly disclaim all
warranties, express or implied including any implied warranty
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This
disclaimer in no way affects the terms or the manufacturer's
warranty, if any. Title to items purchased is retained by us
until items are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title
passes to purchaser. If items purchased are for the purpose of
export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal government certain
export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. Manufacturer's
warranties for exported goods may vary or be null and void. International
orders may be accepted only by the discretion and review of the
marketing and billing department. All credit card orders are
processed prior to shipping.
We may use some information
to communicate special offers, promotions and contests to you
on a regular basis, unless you indicate that you do not wish
to receive the messages. We will use this information to personalize
and improve our online service for you.
Please also remember that purchases
under major credit cards including Amex, Discover, MasterCard,
VISA, Money Order and Personal Check are insured and limited
in liability.

Our Freight Policy
At artpurveyors.com, your
order usually goes out NEXT DAY, and we don't add on additional
upcharges for this service.
We will be glad to accommodate your need for overnight
"RUSH" orders
whenever this is possible. For "RUSH" orders, to compensate for the imposition on
our time and resources, a $10 charge will be added to your order,
plus actual shipping charges.
